Restorative Programs + Practices for Reclaiming Our Stories + Liberation

The Coven is a 6-week soul offering for Black girls who are ready to lay down survival and pick up ceremony. It’s for the ones who carry salt in their laughter, grief in their hips, and fire in their throats. We come together in sacred circle — across Wi-Fi and wire — to reclaim the magic that was never truly lost.

This is for the girl who writes poems to her womb. For the femme who twerks as prayer. For the healer who was told to be quiet.

Led by Sincerely Shyy — artist, storyteller, curator and dream-weaver— we gather to touch the places colonialism tried to bury: through movement, memory, herbs, sound, and spirit. This is a program braided with jazz and altar smoke. This is ancestral medicine wrapped in gold hoops and good lotion.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

• 6 weekly live Zoom gatherings (90 mins each — come as you are, bonnet and all)

THE ANCESTOR’S ALTAR BOX: You’ll receive a box filled with breath and memory. Something to hold when the world feels too loud.

Inside you’ll find:

• Hand-blended yoni steam herbs from the motherline

• A pocket prayer book channeled from the grandmothers

• Moon-blessed candle, dressed and intentional

• Incense or smoke blend to clear and call

• Tiny scrolls or an affirmation deck to tuck in your bra or altar

• A cloth woven in spirit, soft enough for tears

Week 1: The Remembering
We open the door. We say our names. We call in the ones who walked before us. We begin.

Week 2: Fire in the Bones
Rage, grief, movement, noise. We release what was never ours. We twerk until the shame burns off.

Week 3: The Saltwater Portal
Water holds memory. We cry, we cleanse, we build altars of ocean and honey.

Week 4: Touching the Root
We steam. We sip. We return to the root. Our pelvic bowls hold the stories.

Week 5: Grief as Gold
We name what hurt us. We write it down. We make it holy. Grief is the doorway, not the end.

Week 6: Rebirth Gathering
We rise. We bless each other. We speak new names into the wind. We remember we’ve always been the altar.
